Riverwoods Plantation — We are a senior resident-owned RV Condo Association located in the Florida Gulf Coast community of Estero and are proud to have been  voted by the National Community Association into their Hall of Fame in  the year 2000 after receiving a first place award in 1998 in the Large Communities category by the Community Association Institute.            

Once you drive through  our entrance — all roads are paved and privately owned by us.    We boast 640 Home Sites, three lakes, frontage of 18 acres which includes Bike Paths, Volley Ball Court, Bocce Ball Courts, 6 tennis courts and our Pavilion with a capacity  of 100,  and five acres on the Estero River with storage for 200 boats and canoes for cruising into Estero Bay and beyond into the Gulf.  Adjacent to the boatyard is a 125-yard practice hole for golfers.
